If the water soaks into the concrete, it means that degreaser has worked well. If water beads are formed on the surface, one must re-do the degreasing of the surface again. One must make sure that there are no cracks or holes in the surface and the surface is very smooth and even. In order to patch up the crevices on the surface, a sealant or cement must be used.
